How do I book a ride?

Simply enter your pickup and dropoff locations on the homepage, select your vehicle, and confirm your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking from your dashboard up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

How do I contact my driver?

Once a driver is assigned to your trip, their contact details will be available in your booking details.

What payment methods?

We accept major credit cards and digital wallets. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions

Waiting Time: Complimentary waiting time is 60 minutes for International arrivals and 45 minutes for Domestic arrivals (starts from actual flight landing time). For Departures/Hotel pickups, complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled time.

Flight Tracking: We monitor flight status in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be automatically adjusted. However, if the flight is canceled, please notify us immediately to avoid a "No Show" charge.

Luggage Capacity: Standard luggage allowance is 1 medium suitcase and 1 carry-on per passenger. Oversized items (surfboards, golf bags) must be declared in advance and may require a vehicle upgrade.

Meeting Point: The driver will wait at the designated arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Specific meeting instructions for each airport are provided in your booking voucher.

Extra Stops: Prices are for point-to-point transfers. Unscheduled extra stops will incur an additional charge of Rp 50,000 - Rp 100,000 depending on distance.

Usage Duration: Standard rental duration is 12 hours. Usage must end within 12 hours from the pickup time unless a multi-unit booking is made.

Overtime Policy: Overtime is charged at 10% of the 12-hour rate per hour. Usage exceeding 4 hours of overtime will be charged as a full 12-hour unit.

Fuel & Other Costs: Prices generally include car, driver, and fuel. Tolls, parking fees, and driver meals/tips are the responsibility of the customer unless specified as "All-Inclusive".

Geographic Limits: Rental is limited to the island of Bali. Inter-island travel requires prior written consent and additional permits/insurance.

Insurance & Liability: All vehicles are fully insured. However, passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items inside the vehicle.

Booking Confirmation: Some activities require 24-hour advance booking. Confirmation will be sent to your email. Please present either a printed or digital voucher to the tour operator.

Child Policy: Age limits apply for certain high-risk activities (e.g., rafting, diving). Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Health and Safety: Participants must be in good physical health. Pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions are advised not to join strenuous activities.

Weather Disruptions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to adverse weather or safety concerns. Full refunds are issued if we cannot provide a suitable alternative.

Cancellation & Late Arrivals: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time are non-refundable. Late arrivals are considered "No Shows" and will not be refunded.
